A new build is set to join the NOMA neighbourhood in early 2023 as that’s when 4 Angel Square is set to be completed.

Set right in the heart of Manchester City Centre, 4 Angel Square is going to be a net carbon zero 200,000 square foot 10-storey Grade A office building with open plan office floors, retail spaces and a reception area.

While the basement will house 56 car parking spaces, a cycle store to keep 212 bicycles and a locker room with individual showers.

What are we doing?

On this job we’re completing the external works which includes the installation of planters, the laying of Scoutmoor Yorkstone for the paving and install street furniture.

We’re also going to be picking up the drainage works and installing Corten fencing and gabion walls.
