A new build joined NOMA neighbourhood in early 2023 as that’s when 4 Angel Square was to be completed.

Set right in the heart of Manchester City Centre, 4 Angel Square is a net carbon zero 200,000 square foot 10-storey, Grade A office building with open plan office floors, retail spaces and a reception area.

While the basement houses 56 car parking spaces, a cycle store to keep 212 bicycles and a locker room with individual showers.

What are we doing?

On this job we completed the external works which included the installation of planters, the laying of Scoutmoor Yorkstone for the paving and installing street furniture.

We also picked up the drainage works and installed Corten fencing and gabion walls.
